La Tessera Rifiuti è ideata per chi vive temporaneamente nel territorio e non ha una CRS (Tessera Sanitaria Regione Lombardia).
E’ lo strumento che permette di poter conferire i rifiuti nelle ECOISOLE.
Va richiesta ed attivata presso la Comunità Montana Valli del Verbano
